About Our Founder
Aimee Sloggett – Founder and CEO
With a unique background in fine arts, the Canadian media industry and an astute mind for business, it was only a matter of time before Toronto-based beauty entrepreneur, Aimee Sloggett, created Wink and Wave, a mobile beauty business offering services across the Greater Toronto Area. Established in 2017, Wink and Wave offers everything from organic spray tans, hair extensions, hair cuts, blow outs, cosmetic injections, microneedling facials, microblading, waxing, threading, nails and teeth whitening to lash extensions and make-up. Wink and Wave’s team of ‘mobile beauty experts’ allows women; from stay at home/working moms, students, professionals and business executives to book online with flexible service hours, catering to them in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. It is the first Toronto-based company to turn the traditional salon model on its head with their unique and flexible approach to beauty. Women are constantly juggling many roles, and are always thinking about their family, friends and co-workers — often leaving themselves out of the equation.
