Gentle Hatha Yoga Class with Lauren
Classes are 1 hour long with a capacity of 20 people per class. There are mats onsite, but we recommend that you bring your own mat. These classes are held indoors in a temperature controlled yoga studio. There are washrooms and a room to hang your belongings in.
